I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. We loved it! Our server was amazing and the pancake mix was perfect. It was so much fun making the pancakes. We got chocolate chips and peanut butter as toppings! The restaurant feels rely rustic and cool. We will definitely be back!

This place is located inside the springs and is a go to for all the locals. They have a waitlist so make sure you join. They have a do it yourself pancakes and waffles great for kids. The food was good and the service as well. The table outside has a nice view!! Overall nice experience if you are going to the springs.

Cortney, our waitress, went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was a great one. She anticipated our every need. Was very informative about the State Park and all the resources available. What a true blessing to have people like her that truly care about where they work as much as the customers that come in. This was our first time here and it was a great experience. Thank you!! We will be back.

We went to celebrate a birthday this morning and it was super fun. The all you can eat pancakes are a really good deal. And it's fun to cook them yourself. If you order eggs you also cook them yourself on the griddle. Very delicious. We got there at 8:30 am and had about a 15 minute wait on a Saturday.

Good family experience overall. Note that this restaurant is inside a state park, so you pay a fee to get in the park. Also note that there is no air conditioning in the building and that customers cook the pancakes and eggs at their table.
We went on a weekday morning, so there was hardly a wait to be seated (space inside is limited so there can be long waits to be seated). The prices are reasonable for the pancake batter, although the cost starts adding up for extra pancake toppings and breakfast sides (bacon, potatoes, etc). I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor of the regular pancake batter, but adding toppings improved the flavor. It’s a worthwhile experience, especially if in search of a unique location.
