Antonino's Wood Fired Pizza

We always leave full and happy, pizza is fresh and crispy crusted. Not cheep, but we like it. The staff and owners are always very friendly as well.

Had organizational meeting in their back room. A variety of items were ordered from the menu. The server was excellent. I ordered eggplant panini which came with a large order of fries. The pizza looked good. I would certainly go back.

The restaurant decor was very pretty. 5 booths and some tables, small bar. The wood fired oven was centrally located. The pizza was flavorful. We ordered the margherita. The sauce was delicious. However, the size of the pizza was tiny for 2 people. Because of the thin crust, it doesn't fill you. We definitely could have used 2, and possibly taken a slice home. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of music in the restaurant. It was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. I don't need loud background noise, but a little music would make all the difference.

I do not know how to speak Italian. but I do know this one word that describes this restaurant perfectly, BRAVO!

The restaurant has beautiful decor, is very clean, and my party and I was greeted right away when coming into the door. Our hostess was perfect! She was adorable, very friendly, she didn't forget anything, and she was very attentive from start to finish.

My party and I started off with fried calamari and the sampler platter of fried ravioli,mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Our meal consists of lasagna and pizza. The wait time to receive our food was very reasonable and shorter than what I had expected. The food taste perfectly delicious, each and every dish. It was not over-salted, it was not under salting and the marinara sauce was perfect.

I used to travel all the way to Mount Dora to eat good Italian food at Vincent's. Now I can just go down the road for a great Italian meal.

And I need to mention that even the sweet iced tea was perfect. I could not find one single flaw in the food the restaurant and the service, so that is why I must say "BRAVO!" You cannot get any better than that.

This restaurant is a must-try I highly recommend everyone to at least come and try! I'm sure you will be just as sold as I am and you will find yourself saying "BRAVO!"
