“What a lovely campground. Not a lot to do for kids but a great little gem for adults and this newly retired happy camper. Linda (office) and Mary (security) were so friendly and helpful. The newly finished pool is beautiful and the restaurant and marina on site are great additions to this campground. We will be eating dinner one night (at least) at the swamp house grill which I hear is wonderful and looking forward to our small boat tour on the water by St. John’s Eco tours that is coming up. Those reviews to come! So excited for the adventures and living the dream.”

“The food is absolutely amazing. Delicious, made fresh and served hot. The included sides are plentiful and succulent, the rice and beans in particular are SO good. My little ones both shared the pepper steak and both of them enjoyed it fresh and wanted their leftovers the next day and devoured them. The curry goat is very flavorful, it does have a good amount of bones in it, which I personally enjoy, but might not be the best choice for a younger child on their own. Jerk chicken is hands down the best I've ever had. Portion size is very large, you will not leave hungry. 10/10”

“I ordered 3 bowls from here $45. I have eaten at Poke places nationwide. This place has fantastic staff and fresh and tasty ingredients. My only issue is absolutely no way they can justify the price and give me 3 shreds of chicken or pork. Not happy with a pound of rice and a shred of meat. I will try one more time as I am fair reviewer. And will check my protein portion. As often a busy preparer.”

“Good prices, clean restaurant and restrooms, and the kids working there are polite. The blizzards never disappoint and I like that they have a Mini Size for when you just want a little treat. The fish sandwich and fries are always served piping hot, despite the occasional wait. My only little complaint is the temperature in there. It feels like they keep it about 61 degrees in there, possibly 62. Bundle up and you'll be fine or if you forget your parka there is seating outside, as well.”

“I live right down the street and pass this place 5 days a week for my commute to work and I have to say I noticed it today for the first time because I was starving and I’m glad I stopped in. The pizza was amazing! I don’t usually eat the crust and I ate it because the crust was perfect texture and flavor. Ordered the lunch special with a side salad very filling and reasonable price. The waitress that took my order was friendly and service was fast. Will definitely be going back with my kids.”

“I do not know how to speak Italian. but I do know this one word that describes this restaurant perfectly, BRAVO! The restaurant has beautiful decor, is very clean, and my party and I was greeted right away when coming into the door. Our hostess was perfect! She was adorable, very friendly, she didn't forget anything, and she was very attentive from start to finish. My party and I started off with fried calamari and the sampler platter of fried ravioli,mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Our meal consists of lasagna and pizza. The wait time to receive our food was very reasonable and shorter than what I had expected. The food taste perfectly delicious, each and every dish. It was not over-salted, it was not under salting and the marinara sauce was perfect. I used to travel all the way to Mount Dora to eat good Italian food at Vincent's. Now I can just go down the road for a great Italian meal. And I need to mention that even the sweet iced tea was perfect. I could not find one single flaw in the food the restaurant and the service, so that is why I must say "BRAVO!" You cannot get any better than that. This restaurant is a must-try I highly recommend everyone to at least come and try! I'm sure you will be just as sold as I am and you will find yourself saying "BRAVO!"”

“We had a great time at this river side restaurant. The service was excellent, and our food was delicious. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Took the family for a cruise after leaving Lake Monroe park, docked our boat right behind the restaurant, and ate lunch. The catfish was some of the best I've ever had, and the beer was ice cold! Perfect!”
