The Twisted Chopstick

Sushi Restaurant inside the Deland Hotel. Also offering outdoor seating, which would be nice in the evening. The poke bowl was tasty and the server was very attentive.

I get really nervous going to new places to eat, but The Twisted Chopstick exceeded expectations. It was clean and service was quick without being rude. The food was also amazing! We went about an hour before they closed and we were not rushed at all. I felt welcome! Definitely our new place to eat out! :)

Very nice place, the owner is very kind and gave us extra food for stopping by. This is a nice place with delicious sushi and seaweed salad. They also serve beer here too. Definitely check it out! They are located inside of the Deland Hotel right off of S Garfield and New-York Ave.

Great food & service. We ate outside & enjoyed the scent of the jasmine. It's a great place to take out of town guests.

Was not greeted when I first arrived. Sat myself at the sushi bar since I was not greeted or asked my seating preference. Did not see a waiter or waitress for first 10 minutes. Despite all that, the food was great, but it took 45 minutes to get my sushi and I watched it sit on the sushi counter for at least 5 minutes before it was offered to me. I order 2 items and was offered one. I had to ask for the second which was on the counter for about 10 minutes.
