Yuki Sushi & Hibachi

The lunch hibachi vegetables with tofu were delicious & the miso soup was also very good. The server was efficient and polite. Very nice atmosphere. I highly recommend Yuki and will return again soon.

This is our new favorite place for sushi. The rainbow roll was delicious. The crispy calamari is spicy, but the sweet sauce they serve with it balanced it out. Service is okay, but not spectacular. The waiter didn't seem to be interested in engaging customers and remained all business. Since we like friendly engaging service, I have to take a star away for that. Still, I would recommend this place, especially if you are a local who likes sushi.

Very clean. The staff was nice. The prices are reasonable for sushi. They have some items other restaurants in the area do not carry. I ordered a tuna roll that was very tasty. I also ordered salmon roe, it was wrapped in cucumber, I think I prefer nori. The octopus was okay. The eel was phenomenal, cooked, seasoned, and sauced very well. Will be back.

This is a wonderful new addition to the New Smyrna Beach area. I personally believe it is the best in this area. The hibachi (although not cooked in front of you) is very flavorful. I got the steak hibachi it comes with rice, vegetables, steak and a soup + salad. The salad was pretty good, this ginger dressing had a sweet onion aftertaste(but not overpowering). My husband had 2 sushi rolls wonderful presentation and quick service.

Only negative- the tea had an odd flavor. But not gonna hold that against them as I didn't ask what type of tea it was.

Delicious! We’ve been here 3 times now and haven’t had a thing we didn’t like. Hibachi chicken is the best around. Cajun Booty Roll and Florida Roll are my new favorites. Atmosphere is nice, you forget you’re in a shopping plaza. We will return again and again!
