BBQ is excellent sides are competition quality. I really enjoyed the true pit bbq. The location hasn’t had good history recently but this place deserves a try. Food was fast and tasted fresh. Only draw back I have to say is no specific kids meal. But they were very good to the kids and recommended the sliders which the kids said were the best. Will

The area has become a cluster for BBQ food. In walking distance you have Uncle Chicken’s and Finger Lickin. Sundown Smokehouse is a strong contender for best of the bunch. It’s takeaway or sit in. Friendly service. And here you can get a beer with your food. Ambience is relatively basic but good enough for a quick bite.

This is a great little BBQ place with indoor and outdoor seating. The BBQ ribs and pull pork were fantastic and the put beans were smoky and just right. I highly recommend if you've been longing for good BBQ in this area!

The brisket was very good, the ribs pretty good. I'm not a fan of the sauce but with BBQ that's a matter of taste. What made me decide not to return was the attitude of the obnoxious young lady at the register. If I'm standing there giving you money that pays your check don't act like it's an inconvenience for you to help me.

We ordered a smoked ham with bacon for Christmas Eve dinner. The bacon had this wonderful taste of candy bacon and the smoked ham was absolutely delicious. We have just enough left for ham sandwich. This will now be served at every Christmas Eve dinner.
