Don Giovanni contemporary italian and pizzeria

We love Don Giovanni’s! The food is always fresh and hot, with generous portions. Everything I've tried has been delicious. When I was on a strict Keto diet, the antipasto platter was a perfect and filling dinner option. I've sampled various dishes and have never been disappointed. Their house red is excellent.

The staff is incredibly friendly, making it a perfect spot for both families and date nights. The servers are always sweet with my kids when we visit. We're so grateful to have this fantastic Italian restaurant right down the street from us!

Highly recommend. Everything looked and sounded so good …. We started with the mozzarella sticks for appetizer and the house salad vinaigrette was refreshingly delightful. We eventually ordered the chicken bruschetta, chicken rollatini and the mahi special with lobster, crab and shrimp. Everything was delicious. Large portions so come hungry and think me later. AND the staff was amazing and attentive!

I was there tonight for the first time. The owner and another gentleman were very attentive to every customer. The atmosphere was very warm and relaxing. I had the angel hair pasta with bolognese sauce and a side of meatballs with ricotta. Both were excellent. I have enough left for 2 lunches. Another table near me was very pleased with their food as well. I am looking forward to trying other things, especially the pizza. Be sure to give this place a try.

This is the second time we’ve been to this restaurant. The food both times was wonderful. The meat lovers pizza is great. The spaghetti was very good. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The caprese salad was fresh. The service both times was not as wonderful. The servers were very pleasant but we had issues. The first visit was extremely slow service and no drink refills until we asked. The second visit the server did not offer bread service. She forgot to ask about my salad with dinner and I had to remind her. She ordered the entirely wrong food for my husband and we ordered a pizza to go and told her to put it in at the beginning of the meal so that we would not have to wait. She must have forgotten to put the order in because we waited about ten minutes after we cashed out to even get it. As good as the food is we are not sure we will go back and that is unfortunate for the owners because their food is delicious.

Placed an order for pizza for pick up. Pizza was prepared quickly and nice and hot. Staff was friendly. A large pizza came out to around $21. Sauce was tasty / flavorful and crust was crispy. However, there was one important ingredient missing from this Pizza… the cheese! I have never had a pizza with so little cheese before (see photo.) Unfortunately, it just tasted like purred tomato and basil on bread than an actual pizza. I only had a slice and tossed the rest sadly. I think if a normal amount of cheese was added, this pizza could be pretty good. I will try it again sometime and specify I would like more cheese. I wish Don Giovanni’s success.
