1 can Red beans
1 teaspoon Cavender's Greek seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons Smart Balance or butter (instead of Lard)
It is better than Popeye's I think, but I still go back for a Popeye's red beans fix! -
