Don Giovanni Contemporary Italian and Pizzeria

Ok,. for those of you that either follow me or at least read some of my posts, I can find something wrong with any place. Well, sit back and read on. This place was recommended to us by a friend. We decided to give it a try. Dinner was fantastic, hot, well seasoned, served with a smile and just well done. Large Italian style dinner. I'm part Italian and was taught that if you walk away from an Italian dinner hungry, it's your own fault. I was full! We will be back. The only thing that I could find wrong a small dining room so you didn't have much space. Welcome to family dining Italian style.

This is a fantastic restaurant! A true gem in Port Orange. We tried it for the first time (to go) and everything was perfect from the friendliness of the staff to the food itself. We had a semi large order and it only took 30 minutes from phone call to pickup. The food was outstanding and the pizza was top-notch! Not to mention the pizza reheated beautifully the next day! We will certainly be back and hopefully next time for a dine-in experience as the atmosphere is great and staff so nice and friendly!

Wife and I just had dinner, staff is fantastic and friendly. Very much a family restaurant vibe but they make you feel like you've been coming there for years. We had the fried Arici as an app and they were very pleasant, flavorful, and crispy. My wife had the eggplant penne (forgive me, I forgot the name on the menu), I had the Chicken Marsala. Great flavors in both and very generous portions. Only critique I have to offer is my Marsala could have used more seasoning (salt and pepper) but that was easy enough to fix at the table. That being said, pasta was cooked perfectly and the chicken was delicious and tender.

This place is great. I have had there pizza, lasagna, meat sauce and the chicken Alfredo. They have yet to disappoint. Everything has been excellent. This is my new go to Italian restaurant. It all tastes homemade and authentic. I will definitely try other dishes. The price seems high but the portions are big. Some could even split the meals between 2 people. The staff is very friendly and some even remember me after being there my second time. Keep serving good food and I will keep eating it. Thank you

Magnificent old school pizza. Cooked perfect just right amount of toppings. Crust light and not too crisp just right. There is not lack of robust flavor. Definitely the best pizza I've had in this area. Worth every penny. I recommend everyone go support this place. I definitely will be going frequently and spreading the word
