“First time here. Kitchen was short one chef so it took 40 minutes to get food. The waitress, Brenda, was super kind and apologetic. Food was amazing! Veggie goat cheese omelet was the best ever. Pancakes are huge. One would be enough. We will be back thanks to Brendas attention and sweet personality.”

“This location is OK. If you can get to a different location, go there. This place is always struggling with either not enough staff or lack of/quality of ingredients.”

“We showed up on a Friday and people were out the door. I was worried but we were seated within 15 minutes. Service was good and attentive. Meals were hot. Even the manager was walking around making sure he had conversations with customers. What was possibly a long night turned out to be a great experience.”

“We found this restaurant on line while doing a search of eateries, decided to give it a try. One of our better decisions, great food, service and pricing, the prime rib was excellent, as was everything else. You will be happy you tried it. ( not what we expected from a golf course restaurant) located in a nice community.”

“My favorite little local spot in Port Orange. The crepes are amazing and I suggest trying a pancake too. They're huge! The cinnamon roll pancake looks like an enormous cinnamon roll. They have both sweet and savory crepes plus excellent locally roasted coffee.”

“Several burger options including size and type of meat. Burgers are cooked to order so this is not fast food. I had the traditional beef in medium size. Cooked as requested. Very tasty. Bountiful topping bar to finish off your sandwich. Service was good, prices fair, and the restaurant was clean.”

“It was just okay. Hubby had the salad bar and Turkey. It was fair. Not real fresh and we got there at opening. I had the fried shrimp it was ok. Just not really yummy. Tasted frozen. The ear of corn was cold. They do not have banana pudding which seems strange for a BBQ place. They had chocolate pudding from a can on the salad bar”

“Had a baseball team party there last night after a great machine pitch season here in Port Orange. The food was delicious! Everything we had was amazing. We especially liked the tower of onion rings and nacho chips with spinach dip. The burgers we had were hot, juicy and flavorful. The service team was on the ball from the moment we walked in the door to taking care of our needs at the tables, they were fast and friendly and just seemed to be there at the right time with the right stuff and wait for it...always a smile and friendly conversation. It is obvious the management at this location is the best. Thank you for a fun, memorable evening and we will be back soon! Highly recommended! Debbie, Mark & #10 Kolton”

“Went there for date night with the wife while I was vacationing in Daytona Beach. The swordfish was freshly caught from the Atlantic and grilled perfectly. Clam Chowder was some of the best I have ever had. The wife ordered a chicken salad which was quite good as well. Staff was on top of things service wise. Would definitely go back.”

“My friend and house guest, Wendy and I went to the ATM to get a substantial amount of cash and headed for San Diego Grill in the Pavilion in Port Orange, Fl. After dinner when we left to go home, Chris (general manager) had found a billfold that belongs to me. For Identification in this billfold was only a check with an old out of state address and a lotto ticket w/o the signature on it. But Chris was trying hard to track me down. It was difficult to find me as I leave my phone turned off more than turned on. Chris, somehow heard that we lived in this Fly In and contacted the gate guards and that must be how Chris got my husbands phone number. Three days later, I walked into my home and my husband was on the phone with Chris. My husband was confused and almost hung up because he did not know that Wendy and I had eaten there and he had not even heard of this fine place with super nice and qualified staff. Large cash bills, a lotto ticket and an out of state check was all there in my billfold when I went back to pick it up 3 days after we were in the restaurant I had not even noticed that I had lost it until Chris called. Chris is the general manager of the San Diego Grill and is an honest, hard working, outstanding man. Think of the options that he could have chosen to have done with that cash. Please go to the this very nice San Diego Grill in the Pavilion in Port Orange and shake Chris's hand. You will feel great knowing that you shook the hand of a truly honest man. He deserves recognition, praise and a raise. PS Joseph was our server and he did a great job serving us. The food was so good and I will be bringing house guest there often.”

“I am in love with this place. I've eaten here twice with a group of friends and we can't rave enough about it. Our servers have been inviting and friendly. The dim sum menu is to die for. Also their Pad Thai is super delicious. Definitely give it a try.”

“Took my son for his sixth birthday party .I've been here before very well organized very clean establishment .I love that now you pay for the amount of time that you play versus for tokens. my boys loved unlimited games for an hour and a half my only complaint is when we first walked in the girl that greeted us had very little interactions with me or my children. no smile nothing just very robotic through the motions .I would expect it a little bit more of a cheery greeting upon walking in the door of an establishment that scared around making children happy :-)”

“Enjoy their soup and salad for lunch and usually servers are attentive but this last visit he didn't return for our second on soup, so we just skipped it. They used to offer us wine tasting, but appear to choose customers who they offer it to, and we watched as others were chosen while we were skipped. My guest always orders wine with lunch but this time he was offended so he did not have it. Food is consistently good, but service is slipping.”

“Really interesting. Offer a huge assortment of coffee and teas. If you are a tea drinker, try the Breakfast Blend. Was busy when I visited and appears to be popular. On my next visit to Florida will definitely visit again.”

“Takara always serves the freshest Sushi. Server are so kind and always explain everything. We always sit at the bar to get the most from the " Sushi Experience". It is never disappointing as we get samples of new items and dishes. They treat you like family and the chefs are always about the art and presentation. We dove into the tempura platter before I could get a good picture. So delicious.”

“I am from out of town should this was my first visit but I am sure to come back several more times. The beer selection here is fantastic and I was especially impressed to see three sour beers on the menu. They have some incredible seasonal selections, the pizza is second to none in this town, and the burgers are excellent as well. Definitely worth your time if you are anywhere near Port Orange Florida.”
