“Sign on the door was big enough to see the buy one get one free on breakfast sandwiches, but the fine print that you must participate in a survey and present your previous receipt was tiny. Also wanted 16 bacon egg and cheese biscuits but couldn't get that, considering they ran out of eggs 20 minutes before lunch and wouldn't cook anymore. I think, if you're offering breakfast during specific hours, then you should honor it. What's the point of having meal hours, are they just guidelines?”

“So good, very fresh! Manuel is awesome, I expect he will be managing there soon with his talent for dealing with the public. They are clearly still working on staffing, but we enjoy the place so much for the higher quality food, that we are willing to wait while they work the bugs out... Our server tonight was great, although I didn't get her name, I wished I had.. what a great attitude! She deserves more praise and I wish I got her name”

“Four of us met there about 3:00 PM and had to wait about 15 minutes for a window table. We were treated very nicely. The salad bar was very good and the waitress was attentive and thoughtful. Free parking is available close by. The menu is extensive and the restaurant specializes in seafood. Longer waits can be expected during popular times.”

“They serve cuisine from all over South America, Cuba and Mexico. I had a dinner plate of pulled pork, rice, plantains and black beans. It was tasty but I am beginning to think that most food from that region ( Mexico excepted ) is bland for my taste. The staff was nice, it wasn't very pricey and they have good beer on tap.”

“Great little restaurant I just discovered! Coworker described me as having the best pizza around and I was skeptical but after eating there I can say they were right on the money. The place has a comfortable field to it and the staff is incredibly attentive and excellent at their jobs. The pizza was some of the best I've had in a long long time and this includes a few pizzerias up in New York City. If you're looking for Quality fresh handmade pizza I strongly encourage you stopping by here. Great selection of lunchtime specials.”

“This little Mexican hole-in-the-wall is fantastic, authentic and uses all the right ingredients. The tortilla chips were hot and made-to-order and the guacamole was homemade. All three salsas were just the right side of spicy, refreshing and left a pleasant tingle. They will take any special requests and have all the right trimmings on the menu to make this little place the best real-deal Mexican in the area. We have tested the veggie options and will take some more folks there to eat their way through the meat options.”

“The BEST take out place if you're looking for Asian Chinese and Thai food. It's new so it's clean and family run. Good portion and reasonable price. They have 4 tables if you decide to eat in. The BEST in town.”

“New place which we welcome! We have eaten here several times and even with a friend here for Jeep Beach from Arizona driving Blue Burro. We agree with him that the food is amazing (and he has traveled all over the US) and plan to come here often. Another bonus is that the folks are very friendly and the sushi is delicious too! Highly recommended!”

“I usually go out of my way to come to this location. It's consistently good and I think it must be that the staff makes the difference. The food looks fresher and they seem to care about making good sandwiches. Pay these people more to keep them! There are other locations closer to me, but they are never as good.”

“Like most other neighborhood bars in Daytona has been 3 different names/ owners in last few years. Pretty much like every other biker / local watering hole in town. Nothing bad / nothing great”

“We just discovered it on Monday. Was at a marina. Many locals there. Food was excellent! Best clam chowder I have ever had!! Was a meal in itself. Have been back since for the chowder and garlic cheese bread. Food was cheap compared to other places and 100% better!! Staff were very friendly and service good! Place clean! Only problem was good to a while to arrive but well worth the wait! They were very busy but always took the time to ask if we were satisfied with our meal. Large portions so had enough for a meal the next day!! Hope to go back again before we leave!!!”

“This is a large mostly deck area with a great view of the Halifax River. As the name suggests, it is located near the east ramp of the Dunlawton Bridge. There is lots of free parking under the bridge. Order off the wall menu, pay at the cashier and your food will be delivered to your table by friendly staff. Mainly burgers and fish dishes with some specialties. On a whim I had the Jambalaya and it was excellent. The others at the table all enjoyed their meal and the experience. A very casual dining experience that was quite enjoyable.”

“As a non-local I think more signs on the process of ordering would be helpful to the newbies, like us! There is a seperate drink and food order line but I couldn't see that until I was closer to the counter. So my young family was very thirsty by the time I brought the drinks to them. Overall, the food was good, we had the peel and eat shrimp. And the music was fun! Sunset was magical!”

“Finding the cafe was a little tricky, but we were so happy we went there for breakfast! The staff was super welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious. We were able to eat while looking out onto the river and at the boats in the marina. We had an omelette, biscuits and gravy, and grits. The portion size was very large and it was all super affordable. The cafe had amusing signs and decorations, and it was fun reading them while waiting for our food.”
