The food and the chai were mostly good. The side of local greens were wilted. The service is lacking. They were definitely more friendly with the people that seemed to live locally. The fruit flies were very healthy. Pastries and bread left sitting on the counter uncovered were crawling with fruit flies. We could see them from our seats. Very, very tight seating, by the way.

Clean and modern looking coffee / brunch place. I really liked their ice latte and French toast. It’s also away from tourist places so that’s a massive plus.

The French toast is mouth watering!! It is made with their own baked croissant. Yum, Yum, Yum! It is covered in ricotta cheese sweetened with maple syrup covered in the freshest fruits and walnuts! It was the most delicious FRENCH TOAST I'VE EVER HAD!!! They have a number of delicious breakfast items and delicious baked items.

Oh my gosh, you have to go here. I would still prefer a Starbucks iced latte but the rest of my family says the coffee at black bear is better. The food is what is just amazing. The pastries are the best I have ever had, have the croissant egg bacon and cheese sandwich. You are welcome.
