We had a small group come here for a late lunch, we sat out on the deck and because it was October the temp was perfect. Everyone enjoyed there food. There were two issues I had one when my PO boy came the fries were cold. The second was one of the few beers they had on draft was out. It didn't ruin the meal as we had a good visit but it doesn't get a 5 star. I would come again, it is a local dive feel to it.

Kennedy D's works very hard at being a run-down Beach bar. And they succeed. Happy hour prices were good, fried oysters delicious, and fries cooked to perfection. My server was more of an order taker than a waiter. Performed minimum service. Did not bring out any salt pepper or condiments. I had to ask him to wipe the table. Still, he was a nice guy and sitting on the patio you do have a pretty nice view. And you're at the beach!

First night at the bar with Austin was absolutely amazing. We had a great meal, great drinks and an overall pleasurable experience. Thanks Austin, we appreciate that.

Then night two comes along and it was a total disaster. Waiter never returned, we got service from a waiter that had no clue what we ordered. We never got some things we ordered and when brought it to the waiters attention. We received a very combative attitude and rude demeanor.

So it's possible to have good service but one bad apple can ruin a 5 star review every day of the week.
It's obvious this employee has no investment in the business and doesn't care about anything but their tip, as well mentioned.

Got to the restaurant with a party of 6 and they quickly got us in and seated. The staff here was very friendly and quick.. atmosphere was good.. The Oysters Rockefeller were fantastic. We had the captain platter. I'm not a huge fan of fried food but this was really fresh and very good. My girlfriend had the blackened grouper. Was also pretty good. I'd recommend this place vs a chain restaurant.
