Slick Lips Seafood & Oyster House

Overall, the experience was GREAT.
The friendliness of the staff makes the restaurant seem very welcoming. The speed at which food was ready could improve, but the place was moderately understaffed. For example, lots of orders that were finished and ready to be sent to tables were just sitting, done. As a result, the burger I got had a soggy bottom bun, and the potato wedges had cooled down.

The staff delivered food and drinks in a very appropriate and respectful manner. You can hear the staff getting along very well in the background, which adds to the happy environment.

One thing to note about this restaurant is that it gets very loud. If you or someone you would bring to this restaurant are sensitive to loud noises, Slick Lips is probably not going to be your first choice.

Again, the experience was great and if you’re a first-timer in Baytown Wharf with some money to spend, I’d definitely recommend Slick Lips.

We found Slick Lips by accident and it was delicious! What great food they had! Great service as well. David was our server and he was on top of it! Another awesome thing was while we waited for our table, we were able to stroll the pier. Slick Lips topped off our last meal of our Miramar vacation!

I really enjoyed the oysters, we had to order a second dozen. The fried pimento cheese was bomb! The burger was cooked to perfection. Maggie was the perfect serve. Attentive, energetic, and friendly while not being hovering.
