Ambrosia 30A Prime Seafood & Steaks

From the moment you walk in the staff is very attentive. The restaurant is very clean, trendy, and cozy.

Our waiter was amazing. So was the help staff. Our questions were answered and was given suggestions.

Food was delicious! The only thing lacking was the Shrimp Risotto. It was bland. Definitely needed salt. Grouper was delicious. Everyone else had steaks, which they enjoyed. All of them were cooked perfectly. Sides are enough to share with 2 ppl.

We did have the She Crab soup and it was delicious. Desert was Cheesecake and Lava Cake. No complaints on either! Everything was so good. Highly recommend the Bacon and Deviled eggs for apps.

Bar is separate from the restaurant side. It looked to have a cool atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Excellent upscale new restaurant. Outstanding full bar, seafood tower was great, and Lee took good care of us. Only 5 minutes from Rosemary, but away from the crowds. I’m sure this will be one of our regular spots!

Ambrosia looks to be a great new spot to eat in the area. The food was beautifully plated and all top quality. I can't wait to go back after the kinks have been worked out and try everything on the menu.

We made a reservation for 530 and were seated promptly when we arrived in the main dining room. The room is very modern, with white walls and lots of muted colors, with paintings on the walls serving as constrasting accents.

The menu focuses on seafood and steaks, with a selection of fish that is mostly sourced from the gulf. We started with the tuna tartare that was, unfortunately, a bit of a miss, but as they are new and the manager, John, was kind enough to remove it from the bill, I can't hold it against them. We also tried the squash blossoms which were phenomenal. It is one of those dishes that will bring people back. The steak selection, however, is the reason I wanted to try Ambrosia. Filets, ribeyes, and strips, all the classics, and all sounding delicious. I went with the dry-aged K.C. Strip, which was undercooked a little, however, with a steak of this quality, that shouldn't be an issue unless you're the type who order extra well done filets, but if you are, these steaks are wasted on you. My girlfriend got the Fruits de Mer, which was also delicious. I offered her a bite of mine for a bite of hers, but she turned me down because hers was too good to share, in her own words.

We shared the passionfruit cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. The mango on top was perfectly ripe and not too sweet, the filling was delicious, and the size was perfect for a sweet little bite after stuffing myself with steak.

We had a wonderful first experience at Ambrosia 30A! Prices are reasonable, food was amazing, ambiance and decor are beautiful! The management stopped by and introduced themselves and made sure we were having a memorable experience. The best part was the staff! Everyone including the hosts, bussers, servers and management were extremely friendly and always had a smile for you! Isaiah was our waiter and he was phenomenal!!! His recommendations from the wine paring to the desserts were outstanding and delicious! He was happy, fun, personable and professional! He answered all of our many questions without any hesitation! And lastly, I love the fact that I can order a glass of Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon (my fav) and don’t have to commit to a full bottle as the rest of my party does not drink red wine. Well done Ambrosia!

Outstanding service! All staff were outstanding! Our waiter was exceptional however!!! Isaiah took great care of everyone in our party. He explained the dishes and made terrific recommendations. We will go back for sure. We will ask to be seated with Isaiah again! Much success to our new favorite restaurant!
