My family and I decided to have our lunch here. We were immediately greeted, seated, and waited on. They have a good variety which is great because in milledgeville all you get pretty much is chicken. My only “critique” would be they need to add a kids menu. Even if it’s a couple of options.. grilled cheese.. turkey club my kids ate the hot dog and enjoyed it but they both shared it and still had food left over. Over all it was good!

This place just opened up last Friday so I had to come check it out. They are located where the old Metropolis restaurant used to be so it was a familiar atmosphere to me. Staff was very friendly when I walked in the door and I met the owner of the place, Sammy. Very down to earth and chill guy who is super excited to have his own business. He gave me a quick tour around the place before I grabbed a booth seat to get some lunch.

Server came over, handed me a menu, asked if I had any questions, and took my drink order. He was very friendly and attentive the entire time I was there.

Started with poutine and the charcuterie board. Poutine fries were super crispy and hot with just the right amount of seasoning. The gravy was a little too thick for my personal preference but not bad. Cheese curds were piping hot and delicious though. I ate the whole thing! Charcuterie board was a standard thing: crackers, 3 kinds of cheese cubes (pepper jack, sharp cheddar, and a mild white cheddar that had a little sweetness to it), Genoa salami, soppressata salami, and some kind of capicola ham. Not too fancy but a great variety to pair well with a glass of wine.

Bahn mi was my favorite thing of the day. The pork had a really good texture of both crispy edges but tender on the inside. It really worked with the fresh crunchy vegetables. The bread itself had a nice sturdy crust on it but had that pillow-like bounce back when you pressed down on it. Soft but firm enough to keep your sandwich together.

Friend chicken sandwich was a sleeper hit too. The tenders were hand breaded and the ratio of breading to meat was great. What caught me by surprise were the roasted peaches. I was skeptical on how they would work but they had the right amount of sweetness with a hint of smoky flavor too.

Grabbed a slice of key lime pie to take home for the wifey. They asked if I wanted whipped cream but I declined. She said it was pretty good. I personally like a thicker crust on my pies but to each their own.

This place is still brand new so I would expect some menu changes to be happening. They also do not have their liquor license yet but are working on it. Also the sandwiches don't come with a side but with their prices so low you're pretty much paying the same price at any other restaurant for a sandwich and side. I'm looking forward to seeing this place grow and the menu to be tweaked to perfection

I love this place! I had the turkey reuben. It's a great sandwich and unique. Atmosphere is fun and friendly and the prices are great.
