I have yet to have anything here which I don't like, but I am partial to the Greek nachos (pita chips & fixings). Most of their appetizers come with fresh pita bread, and they have a nice back porch if you'd like to use a hookah.

No liquor, but a good beer and wine selection.

Really great food. Friendly staff. First time eating there. Will definitely be back often!

Best Greek food I’ve ever had! Sometimes...and then sometimes it’s terrible. Giant portions! Sometimes...and then sometimes they give you half as much. Very very inconsistent. If the place wasn’t so hit or miss I’d eat there for every meal though. I wish they could get it sorted out.

As a former chef at a Mediterranean restaurant in the Atlanta area I can tell you the food is authenticity flavored and on point for those who like Greek. They have a few American food choices for the kids and those who are not sure and a few appetizers that will help some people ease into a new food ethnic. The pricing is fair for the servings and I would recommend Metropolis to anyone who likes Greek or is branching out.

If you are in downtown Milledgville make sure to include a stop at this restaurant. It small but mighty! It has great atmosphere and service. The food is absolutely amazing! Make sure you try the pitas and hummus. A fave main course of mine is the Metropolis kabob...you cant go wrong with this one!
