“I can't believe I didn't know about this place before now. I had the pork dinner, my son had the rib dinner. It was SO GOOD! The sauce was a little spicy but not too hot. The meat was tender and flavorful, the potato salad and slaw were classic, big portions, just absolutely perfect. Meat, 2 sides, bread, a canned drink and a slice of pound cake for $12.00. Cute little picnic tables for seating, I absolutely loved everything about Characters.”

My wife had the fajitas and was truly impressed. Server was very friendly and polite. Guacamole ordered did not arrive on time so we canceled it. This was promptly brought to the table with an apology and a comped Guacamole. We'll done guys. When we were leaving the place was packed. Some folks waiting for a seat. If I had to wait a little while I would definitely do it. Great food. Will be back.”
