Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Staff friendly and helpful. The manager went out of his way to help us with directions. Food arrived hot and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

My family had dinner here. The kids enjoyed it as much as the adults did. One had a cheeseburger, one had fried shrimp. I had hamburger steak a salad and hash brown casserole. It was all very good! This is a great location. Close to the highways, but close enough to town.

I like Cracker Barrel, and would typically provide 4 or 5 stars. We generally enjoyed our respective meals last night, but the service was nothing spectacular. At one point, we had to ask the host to send our waitress. She had not been out on the floor some time and we needed more beverage, to-go boxes, and the check. We will probably go back, to this location, but I will be sure to ask for a different section/server.

Always enjoy this chain and is my normal traveling stop. There is always a need to request more butter for biscuits which seems like it would be just easier to add a whole bowl when bringing out the orders. We try to request it when making our order but it is usually forgotten. Love the shop especially at the change of the seasons.

Our family chose this CB for a mini family reunion. We came from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Oklahoma. The staff was wonderful and the management attentive to our needs. However...

...About one half of our group of ten received undercooked food. The PLUS? The management and waitress were quick to set things right and replace the items with fresh well prepared new ones. They even took one entree off the ticket for one of the families. The manager was great and apologetic and the waitress was a doll, we enjoyed their respectful treatment of us all.

So, we would go back for the experience, it could be the cook was having a tough day.
