“Warm and inviting hometown restaurant. Home cooking at it’s best! We saw fried green tomatoes on the menu and the owner Vicki made us a few to try, we are hooked. Daily lunch and dinner specials, nice portions, a lot of the items made from scratch. It is also an Ice Cream store hence the name. Get a cone with sprinkle to a huge banana split. If you are a dessert person, you are at the right place. Vicki makes all the cakes and pies from scratch- our favorite the carrot cake with visible shredded carrots! Yum!! Brought some back to Ky with us. She sells whole cakes and pies. They sell out quick- might be best to order ahead so she can put one aside for you. They also cater. For a quaint little restaurant this gal does it all!”
