    Dinner on Friday was great! Absolutely slammed with people. Our wait was shorter than estimated, great food and quick and courteous service even with a full house. Absolutely recommend!

    This is the best Mexican food in Middle GA along with best value! The staff and service are always friendly and excellent. The food is consistently delicious and they will prepare anything just the way you want it. The salsa is some of the best anywhere but try their other sauces and sides too!

    Great restaurant. Good food and service.

    Very diverse menu with options for many different diets. i.e.- vegeterian and keto

    Restrooms were clean and the staff were kind.

    Food was hot and delicious. Not a long wait even during a high volume dinner.

    I enjoyed my first visit I'm sure it will not be my last!

    El Sombrero is amazing! I have been here at least 50 times but I always forget to check in on yelp because of the bad signal inside. The employees are so friendly! Their sweet tea is amazing. All of the food is so great, especially the cheese dip. I recommend trying the gum they sell at the registers. I highly recommend El Sombrero

    We’ve toured all of the recommended Mexican spots in Macon, and this one gets our vote! I highly recommend the barbacoa tacos (pictured). They are so flavorful and filling! They also have a really awesome salsa. It’s chunky and delicious. The atmosphere is also really great. The music is a nice volume (not too loud), the decor is kitschy, and the tables are roomy. Service is just okay, but the tacos more than make up for it.
