Great 1st time experience. Server gave awesome tip: Stack brocolli around edges of bowl in order to hold more veggies. Worked like a charm. Going back for 20% off carryout on Tuesdays! Got a regular bowl with sausage and shrimp. Added Old Bay to the shrimp and used ginger and garlic water sauces.

This place was really good! A bit intimidating at first since you basically build everything in your bowl, pick your meats, seasoning, veggies, and sauce. In the end my concoction was amazing! Will definitely be back eating here. Staff was also wonderful!

First time eating here and I really enjoyed the food. More importantly our server went out of his way to make it a great lunch experience, and was so helpful with our order. He went above and beyond to give us great service. I would definitely recommend eating here- food was delicious and service was A+.

Really good food! Some Vegan customization options, as well. You choose your bowl size, then walk through a cafeteria style bar and collect your meat, seasoning, veggies, and sauce. If you can pile it on, they'll cook it! I generally prefer the steak and the BBQ Korean Pork for my meats. Dragon Salt and Garlic for seasonings. Onions, Broccoli, Mushrooms, and Bean Sprouts for veggies. And whatever sauces you mix, the 3G sauce is my go to! And of course, I mix it up with each visit, but those are my staples. The greatest highlight of Genghis is without doubt the service and staff. We've had Cat, Ryan, and Sarah as our hosts thus far.
