    This place was so good when they first opened. My last two times here, I’ve experienced my order being wrong, food cooked improperly & not the best customer service. If this business want to remain successful, I suggest you revamp your night crew....

    Waffle House on Bass Rd is great. Newly open. Very clean. The staff are super helpful and cheerful. The food was out so fast I thought it was someone else's order. By the time we finished the meal, the place was empty and quiet. I highly recommend this WaHo if you are a fan. Our server, Gwendolyn was top notch.
