Loved this place! Loved the decor and the food even more! A true hole in the wall. Get the sausage ball & chain! You'll thank me later.

Very Good food that is shareable. So that everyone can try a little something from someone else's portion. Large Wine selection, good drinks list, with and without alcohol. Glad my wife and our daughter and myself stopped by and had dinner outside.

The food is pretty good, if not slightly overpriced (which can be expected, I guess, being downtown so not a huge deal). The problems are: 1) the noise level & 2) not one member of staff mentioning the temperature of the food.
I can understand that a pretty full place will be fairly loud, but to have to yell across a small table so that my companions can hear me is a bit much. Some acoustic panels would go a very long way in such a small space.
But the biggest issue was the temperature acknowledgement. Now, I think most people can figure out that fondue is warm, but they should still mention it to customers for liability reasons. The problem we faced was getting a dessert. A cookie with ice cream on top. Expecting cold or even room temperature? Well, we were, but when the bowl was touched to get a bite out (not really possible without touching it) my friend was burned. To the point of a blister. Without warning. And without caring from staff. We're a pretty easy going bunch, but that's A HUGE issue and should definitely be addressed.
So, if you try this place, expect a good bit of noise and always check the temperature before you dive in.

What a wonderful experience. My partner and I chose Lazy Susan for a quiet bite and a sip prior to a show at the City Auditorium. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. The service was professional and timely. The food was fresh and balanced. The wine we chose complimented the entire menu. Can't wait to visit them, again.
