“One of Macon's coolest spots. Huge variety of seating, mostly outdoor but some indoors as well. They have a pretty large bar menu, and serve lots of local and unique beverages. Sometimes there are food trucks and live music. The courtyard is pretty well protected from the wind and cold, but shade can be hard to find when it is more crowded. Definitely wear a hat if you plan to sit outside. Family friendly.”

“My mom has been coming here for so long that the waitresses practically have a Cherry Coke ready at her table when they see her coming in. Of all the Waffle Houses in Macon, this one is our family favorite by far. (The one on Pierce is great for hangover brunch or after prom or high school football games though, 10/10 on that one too) If you get April or Stephanie they're a treat!”

“Nice little lunch spot that isn't too expensive. It's about $8.00 for a nice burger with fries and a drink. I got the Diego's Siracha burger which was very good. It normally also comes with fried onion rings on top. The siracha sauce was delicious but the burger itself was definitely too well done for me. I'd love to give them 4 stars if the burger was cooked to order instead and if they offered maybe one or two more sides to go with your meal. Overall, still not a bad place to get a nice burger for lunch.”

“Looks pretty small on the outside but has a decent selection for seating! Their signature pancakes are amazing. I would definitely eat there again, there are so many wonderful breakfast options. Their coffee is not very strong and doesn't have any outstanding quality, it was similar to a cup of coffee from a fast food restaurant. However the eclectic coffee cup choices are really fun! The customer service could be better, but not terrible- except for the stank faces we received from the hostess.”

“Old school BBQ. Nothing fancy. I had the pork plate with sauce, fries, slaw & Brunswick stew. Everything was hot and tasty. My wife had ribs, tossed salad & fries. My wife gave me one of her ribs. It was moist, tender an# flavorful. Service was great. Priced right. We had dinner for less than $25. When in Macon, we'll definitely be back.”

“I have been to more than a few Waffle Houses, and this one ranks right up there at the top with others that are clean, have good people working there, and prepare your meal Right. From their national trademark greeting "hello, welcome to waffle house", to the service at the table. All was top notch. Waffle Houses are, unfortunately, hit and miss for cleanliness. This one is a Hit, as it is Very Clean. My Waitress was the ever-smiling, Penelope. I fell in love with her the moment she said I did not look my age. :-) She also offered good advice when I mentioned I wanted to try something new, and I took it. Harold prepared my meal. He was spot on with my Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt. Very tasty. The meat was moist, the bacon crisp. Could not have been done any better. I sent a tip his way as well, when settling up with Penelope. Folks, including me, forget to tip the cook and he/she is the reason we remember the food so well! Thank you Harold. All in all, a very nice stop. Good restaurant, good location easy on and off from I-75, good food and a real nice friendly spirit among the employees here. “Food was great but when I compared my receipts each order I placed was charged 5 extra dollars. I work hard for my money only to have it stolen. Also ordered a 4 for 4.44 large size and that had an added 5 dollars contacted my bank to make sure they don't charge per swipe everything was fixed in a timely matter not sure what exactly what happened but I am now a happy customer that will eat there again ????????????”
