Boro Bagel Company

Service is alright and atmosphere is pretty good but I was generally dissapointed by the bagels.

Overall the bagels are just fine but the pale in comparison to the bagels from NY and NJ. These bagels remind me more of something I would get at the grocery store rather than something from a bagel shop. Not worth the price in my opinion. You could get a much better bagel for cheaper up North, but of course we aren't up North.

I think they could have a much batter bagel if they tried making their own rather than shipping them from up North.

First experience at Boro Bagel Company and we ended up getting the Britt's Bagel and Boro Bagel along with two coffees. The quality of the sandwiches were alright, with the Boro Bagel being much better than Britt's bagel (the fried chicken was lacking/disappointing). When we were asked if we wanted a fried or scrambled egg the thought was this would actually be a fried egg but it appeared to be a premade egg patty. Also it was slightly odd to see cream cheese go on the sandwich when the menu does not indicate that to be the case anywhere (would have done without or atleast been given the option ahead of time). Overall the bagels were fine but nothing special and it was hard to justify $30 after the fact for two sandwiches and basic coffee.

I've had the Boro Bagel on Asiago 3 times now and it was absolutely amazing! My husband has tried the Hot Italian and also loved it! I've never had a bagel from NYC, but I can definitely tell a difference between these vs where I'd normally go for one from a drive thru -- Boro Bagel's are just so much better! The staff have all been super nice and the restaurant itself is super clean. Love how they have it set up and decorated inside too. I know I've seen some people complain about not having more of a variety, but you've got to understand they just opened and I'm sure after a bit they might add more/make changes. Honestly I think what is offered now is enough and I'll continue to keep coming back!

Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and great tasting food. Can’t beat it. Specialty bagels in the Boro, finally! Right next door to Cool Beanz for a one stop shop breakfast!
