When we first contacted them, we spoke with Austin the owner and realized they were located near Savannah Georgia which is 4 hours away. We were hesitant at first but, Austin insisted we check out some of his pools around north Georgia and also we should come check out some of the pools in his area. Considering the amount of the investment we took full advantage of that opportunity. After recalling my conversations with his previous customers, I can say My partner and I have had the same experience. Everything was very quick at first, the money, the contracts, the phone calls. Then it was wait, and wait, and wait. There were some delays(permitting, employees, wrong tile, and subcontractors) communication errors on their behalf and even at one point we were unsure if we chose the right company. It was a long and stressful process. My Partner and I are very picky and for us to be impressed is something a contractor will rarely do for us. The hassle and communication errors we dealt with were well worth it. We cant explain how fortunate we are to have chosen Aqualuxe. Our pool was completed in February and we just moved into our recently renovated house in June and the pool is something we look forward to everyday. I watched Austin and one other guy do the coping and our stack stone on our pool and can say it was eye opening to see people that young with such a hard work ethic. I think these guys killed it. In the end the product was what we paid for and more. It was worth all of our minuscule issues. We have had so many guests over who love our pool and they always asks who done my pool. I have spread the word to many of my colleagues in Savannah and one of them has already started the process with them. I am also a business developer and have had long conversations with Austin about his communication. I think once he gets that down the sky is the limit.
