“Usually, this place is pretty good in price and staff. However, lately it has not been pleasant staff wise! Nor the website/app for Taco Bell. Recent incident that happened is when me and my two teenagers went to get our free t-mobile tacos as usual. Them going inside as I went through the drive thru. First, all the staff seemed to have attitude and not wanting to do anything once there. Then, they tried arguing with my oldest who already placed the order online that there was no order. Finally, they said with a sigh and attitude they will give him "what he wants." Also, note the app rarely works! When it was my turn I followed directions and went to the window (as i have been with no issue in past) and asked for my order. I was given attitude to not do that again and say it at the order menu site. Then, I find mine wasn't ready either. I get it and once home find it was not the correct order! Didn't go back due to all the attitudes from when we were there so I tried to file complaint on the official site. There site says that restaurant doesn't exist! So, no complaint could be made. These workers were so rude I thought they'd spit in my food in the future or then, if I went to the supervisor so guess no complaining to anyone for me. I will try them 1 more time tomorrow...everyone makes mistakes and has bad days...prices are still awesome and when food is made it usually is great as well so I give it 3 stars!”

“New York Strip was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Sides were all fresh and very good. Service was a bit slow but got the job done. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my favorite IPA on tap, Elysian Space Dust. Wonderful!”

“We usually love going to this place. However this time, they were out of many items. No iced tea, no spinach dip; lemonade tasted awful, black bean burger was no longer being served, pork sandwich wasn't on the menu and ordered a caesar salad with chicken, but got a garden salad with fried chicken. The service was very slow. The server apologized several times for the delay with our food. When we finally got our food, it was very good.”
