“Loved it! Try stepping outside of your normal eats and try Indian. The curry flavor and heat is at a minimum with most of their dishes but you have the ability to ramp it up from there. The tandoori lamb chops were probably the second or third best dish I've ever eaten in my life, so good and fork tender. Plus, the full service bartenders know their business!! Wonderful restaurant, we will be back!”

“Ms. Kawgnis was such a delight when I purchased gas and cigarettes. I came in on 12/1/20 at about 8 pm. I was very tired from being on my fifth day of moving. Anyway, I finally got home and realized that I couldn't find my cigarettes. I called #849 and the sweet lady that rang up my order answered. “The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was friendly. The food was not as good as we’d hoped. We ordered calamari, fried oysters, and a combo Poboy. Flavor wise everything was good. Like the calamari was really good but better with the marinara or ranch as opposed to the sauce they do serve it with which is a sweet Thai chili. The oysters while they tasted fresh and they did not taste fully fried. They were pretty runny. Also I bit into a couple of cold shrimp in spite of them being fried and they also were not cooked completely. My fries were cold but my daughter’s fries were fine. Even with the military discount I do not believe this was worth $40.”

Those were the highlights of our meal - everything else was great, and the portion sizes are perfect. You definitely get more bang for your buck with each entree. “Went to Statesboro to move our son in for college, and he told us that one of his favorite spots was Bites, so we had to check it out. The place was tucked back in a commercial area, but was easy enough to find. The interior is relatively small with the kitchen and bar taking the majority of space, but the food and service were great. We had 6 on our party, and had to split the group up due to limited seating, but that would only be an issue for groups over 4 people. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Tender Sandwich with fries, and really enjoyed it. Our entire party was satisfied with their order, and I imagine that we will be visiting again in the future!”
