Steffens Restaurant

This diner is awesome!!! Definitely make the stop! The food is so good you will not be disappointed, the portions are more then plenty, it's impossible to leave here hungry! I ordered a vegetable omelet made with egg whites, it came out cooked perfectly, and the vegetables we're spread evenly throughout. The biscuits are old school scratch biscuits and so moist you don't need to put anything on them, not that you won't be tempted to as there is Apple butter on the table just waiting for you to smother them with. The pancake was great! My husband ordered eggs, bacon, homefries and toast, all which were cooked to absolute perfection! The service was great and efficient, everyone is friendly. The whole restaurant was clean, including the restroom, the door knob was even clean. The atmosphere is neat, like an old hop sock diner.

If you are looking for a one of a kind diner with incredible food, you won’t be disappointed. The servers are always friendly. They have awesome daily specials, but my favorite is the hamburger steak. Awesome any meal of the day !!

Stephen's is the most amazing restaurant! Recommended by a fellow sailor this place puts you back at home with Grandma preparing you for an early heart attack! A mix of people big and small eating great food. The sweet tea is Diabetes Type 3 sweet. Get your AED ready! The main reason you come here is the good food and the specials. Oh mighty, the specials are where it is at!!!! Man I can't get enough of that meat loaf. If they told me Stephens was burning down. Id run in and save the meat loaf!

Loved stopping at this little, local restaurant! I got the fried gator tail with sweet potato fries and they were both delicious! Service was excellent and helpful as well!
I don't recommend getting water to drink as the town's water smells faintly of some sort of chemical, but that is at no fault of the restaurant.

Great southern food with happy staff. Restrooms can use a makeover.

The owners have totally redone the bathrooms, adding a "family restroom" built in the old office. I officially change my 3 star rating to the coveted and much deserved 5 star rating. So happy now, my favorite place to eat has a restroom that is up to standards. Money well spent.
