    Buttermilk Pancakes are WONDERFUL. Eggs soft not runny -- cooked great. Service was friendly and timely. Dependable at I HOP.

    The food was great. The problem was the amount of time that it took for us to be seated, for a order to be taken and then for us to receive our food. The service absolutely sucks! When we did finally receive our order we got biscuits first and then the gravy came 10 minutes later when the biscuits were already cold. We had to ask for refills for our drink because the waitress never came back to fill our glasses on her own.

    First time to this particular IHOP. It was great. Service was awesome. If you go ask for Jennifer. She's a sweetheart and took good care of us. Lisa the manager is awesome as well she came over and talked to us for a away. She also talked to us about some up coming events in Miami.

    Definitely will be back!
