“Noisy happy busy restaurant bar. The wait for a table is way too long for no apparent reason other than no staff members choose to clean the abandoned tables. We counted over a dozen tables that had to be cleared of dishes and wiped. We were told our wait would be 25 minutes approximately. We sat at Anne's well serviced bar. The boneless chicken tenders were great. The Oriental chicken salad was huge and tasty. It did however have hard crusty chicken pieces instead of strips of tender chicken as pictured in their menu. Good value in the 2 for $20 choice. Anne was terrific.”

“Food was good. We had to wait a few minutes at the drive through until the meal we ordered was ready. But the taste was fresh and food was just made, so it was hot. We couldn't complete the order at the speaker. Order taker needs to speak louder and in a clear manner. We got the #7 big box, sandwich, popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, with a drink for like 8 bucks and split it for 3 people snack. Delicious”

“Clean. Friendly service. Fast. No problems with this location. Our food has always been cooked properly, never still frozen in the middle or overdone. Easy to spot from the highway. Location isn't too bad to get into and out of. Definitely would eat here again. Can't say much for inside, I always go through the drive thru. It does look clean through the windows. People seem like they care to do a good job and they are always respectful.”

“During my visit my son’s “kids sirloin steak” was not well done as I’d asked for. I let my waiter know but didn’t request anything in return. When I looked up the manager Amy was at my table asking about the situation. I explained that I was very happy w/ my waiter and I didn’t actually ask to speak to her. She really wanted to make things right. Because I didn’t want to replace the steak she looked at my table and asked if there was anything that I wanted more of. To my delight not only did she take his kids meal off the bill but she gave me a refill of my beverage. I’m a very satisfied customer. This is what customer service is all about.”

“I love Sonny's. Great Barbecue. Really nice menu with plenty of selections for the whole family. Also, very family friendly. Lot's of room, a very spacious place to eat. Their sections of meats and sauces is the best. Side items are really great too. I love everything about Sonny's except for their pricing. I have noticed they have went up on their pricing since last visiting them. It's not too bad, but for a big family it can hit hard. Service is always VERY friendly, prompt and consistent through out your whole dining experience. A great place to meet up with others. A great place to bring children too.”
