Wendy's

Found a bone in a spicy chicken nugget. Called the store and spoke to a female manager. She sounded shocked. Told me she would pass this on to the District manager and that he/she would call me. No one offered any kind of refund and I have yet to hear from the DM.

It is good for fast food. I usually use the drive thru. They were fast and the employees were nice.

The food is pretty consistent here and usually tastes fresh! I wish this location was closer to my home.

The food was good but the staff wasn't very friendly. We walked in and the cashier didn't even greet us or ask take our order she just looked at me and I just started giving it and when the food was ready and handed to us across the counter she never said one word she just handed me the bag. She honestly acted like it was a bother that we came in. And this wasn't a lady in her late teens early 20s this was a lady in her mid to late 30s so it can't be chalked up to experience due to age. She was just rude

We had great service. The food was tasty and freshly prepared. My only complaint... Cooks Colds Freestyle!!! I hate those machines. What good is it too have tons of choices if all of them taste a bit off and it takes longer to get your drink because there's only one dispenser.
