Ichiban Steakhouse and Sushi Bar

Excellent food! We used to dine here some when it was Sawa, but I would say the food is even better now that it’s changed over to Ichiban. Highly recommend!

1/1/2021 — we are not locals but we visited the restaurant for New Year. The hibachi was very good. There was a supervisor who was paying attention to the details and giving tips to all the servers. The quality is well above average, portions are large and the prices are good (based on over 100+ hibachi experiences across the country, cruises and abroad). My suggestions to the managers: the "show" part of the hibachi was average, but we observed that other chefs were more engaging. I think there is room for improvement with more training. The procedures for patrons with allergies were not extra careful, but were adequate. Overall, five stars.

Amazing food, incredible people. We try to get there at least once every couple of weeks. It had been the location of SAWA in the past, but we love it as much or more under the new name and management.

So far we have only been able to do take-out, but want to go for their Happy Hour as soon as it is safe for us to do so! My fiance and I had our first date here, and have been going there since 2013 - and plan to do so as long as we are living in the area.

My husband and I came here because we were wanting some good hibachi. This place is amazing. It is so well priced, food is delicious and it's such a fun experience. The cook was hilarious and was interactive with us. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be back!

We used to frequent this restaurant before new ownership and management took over. All I can say is that this is now night and day from the previous group. The service was amazing. The chef was interactive. The food was AMAZING! I am so happy to know that we can enjoy this restaurant again. Thank you ICHIBAN!!!
