First Watch

Great breakfast and brunch spot in Pooler! Such a great meal. Staff is very friendly. Warning the weekends do get very busy with long waits but there is seating inside or outside. We sat at the bar to avoid the wait since it was just two of us. Great food and service. The meal was interesting and flavorful. Cocktail was awesome! Highly recommend!

The manager and staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to provide a fantastic experience for our group of twelve. Our servers were excellent! And the food is absolutely delicious! Everyone was pleased with their meal. The Crab Cake Eggs Benedict is very tasty! One of our group members raved about the shrimp and grits. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Literally just walked passed this place waiting on my car to get serviced. My server Olivia gave us the best customer service i had on this side of town. Made sure we had coffee. Our food cam out in a timely manner. Was great woth small talk, even though she was working she spared time for the little conversations that customers like me bring up. She had good recommendations for the menu. Answer my questions smoothly and had us set up in no time with no hooks up. Ill recommend this place. I ask anyone to ask for Olivia directly. You want 100% service this is my person of choice.

I'm more than excited First Watch has come to Pooler. We've been waiting years! The chickenchanga is worth trying, if you're looking for a suggestion. I adore the skillet/hashes. Fresh mushrooms, not canned ones!! The coffee is brewed perfectly; with an array of sweetener choices on the table. It was rather busy for a Tuesday morning which is a delightful surprise. I couldn't tell they only opened yesterday (officially). This is THIS locals, favorite breakfast spot.
