Best Meal replacement shakes I’ve ever had! They have a lot of other great drinks but their meal replacement shakes are better than any other nutrition place I’ve ever been to. Lots of flavor and very tasty, tons of flavors to choose from and she has monthly flavor specials. My favorites so far are white chocolate raspberry, key lime pie, and strawberry cheesecake. They truly taste like the flavor options. No gross after tastes. The owner is so sweet and amazing! Service is quick and friendly. Very homely feel. She makes you feel welcome and at home. She also remembers her customers/regulars! My daughter and my new favorite place!

Wow. Have felt so exhausted. Maybe the beginning of allergy season? Stopped in here to try a drink after a customer recommended them passing on the sidewalk last week. I have only finished half of it (cucumber-melon, yummy!) and feel just about back to 100%. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Best customer service around. If you do not know what ou want, Tracy will suggest a drink based on your likes. I have yet to try something I haven't liked, but I know if I didn't care for the taste she would make something else for me.The environment is clean and inviting. There's a nice little sitting area where you can hang out for a bit. I have made this a daily stop during my work week, it's the best way to start my day. You can't beat the price either. Grab a shake and a tea and you're ready to tackle the day. I recommend this place to everybody!!!
