Enjoyed a relaxing dinner at their cozy little bar. Native oysters on the half shell were great I want to keep this place a secret for private dining. Oops.
This is our favorite place now. We go once a week. The food is awesome and it is sooo nice and clean. The staff is so polite and kind. Nothing negative at all to say.
I went to 201 Seafood Restaurant on recommendation of a friend when I was in Savannah. The decor and amience was very nice. The staff, our server and manager Jackie were very polite and welcoming! Good spread of seafood menu choice as well as other non-seafood items. The food was delicious and flavourful. Crab cake, Shrimp Alfredo and Chocolate dome dessert was yummy...couldn’t get enough of it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah.
Mrs. Jackie was so patient, effervescent, and helpful. We got our food quickly. I had fried shrimp and oysters. Mom had fish and rice. We got the last/only crab cluster for the night. I could see the golf course, such a pleasant view. No interfering air traffic although we were at the entrance of the airport. The interior atmosphere is elegant and muted. It looks like an average entree is in the $20s-$30s.
I have been going to this restaurant lately on Thursday nights to play free poker with River Street Poker League. The atmosphere is nice and they have several beers on tap. Our server/bartender is really personable. Everything I have ordered off the menu has been fantastic. The shrimp appetizer, Caesar salad, pork tenderloin are my favorites. This is a nice place if you’re staying nearby to just go have a drink and relax
