Great experience Labor Day weekend. Joe was a fun and personable bartender/Savannah guide. We had a good time sipping brews, watching the game and chatting in the outdoor setting. Great guy to experience B&D with. Although we weren’t expecting it, we made a friend in Joe.
Came in by myself just to check the place out. My bartender Courtney greeted me right away and made it feel like my home bar. She suggested great local brews and some great food items. The patio here is amazing. Go check it out! Just ask for Courtney
Today was my wife and l 1st visit. We were seated quickly, served quickly with very friendly service. The food was okay, the bacon on my burger was burnt black and my wife's sweet potato fries were dry and cold. Other than that the atmosphere was great with plenty of space, good music and ambiance.
I may have gone at a shift change and/or gotten a new employee that didn't know the ropes well. The burgers were o-kay. I've made better cooking out at home. But I think this place is more about the atmosphere, as there's a huge deck with a stage for some great artists to sing, dance, play and entertain. If only I could eat flat screen TVs ????
My last day in Savannah and we picked this gem. Southern hospitality is something I need to get used to. Great service. Great food, my cousin ordered alligator sliders. Awesome! My other cousin the elk burger. I don't eat red meat but he enjoyed it. My girlfriend and I got Turkey burgers for the flight home. I didn't expect much but that Turkey burger was life giving. Awesome taste, I wish I given them a bigger tip. If you're there go to B&D, you'll love it. 5 stars I wish I had more to give
