Pie Society City Market

Every pie is freshly prepared every day. The Key lime pie is their hot favorite. Chocolate pie with dairy milk is great too.

We visited while we were on vacation. The service was okay, not bad, not great. The food however was pretty average and for the amount you pay I expected more. That being said it was a cool little shop that was very well kept. A neat please to try but I probably wouldn't be a routine customer if I lived in the area.

One of my favorite places to visit. They serve quiche, meat pies and pasties with sweet desserts as well. Usually get hot tea. This is an English style tea shop. Seating is limited. A great little quaint spot to grab a bite when feeling peckish.

Awesome. Fantastic home-made meat pies and quiches with a crust to-die-for also have dessert pies and tarts and British products (teas, candies). You will not be disappointed. Made from scratch, no preservative or anything artificial, piping hot and oh so delicious! Very, very small with some tables and chairs outside. This is a society you will want to join.

The food gets a 4.5 and we truly loved every bite. Although we came at a lull on a Sunday (May 19) the two women working made us feel like we weren't welcome in the store. Not a single smile or friendly gesture or even conversation beyond matter of fact answers.

We were hoping they would have had some enthusiasm for the food, but it was like getting food from someone serving community service. The owner was clearly not there, and the poor hospitality put a serious damper on the enjoyment on the quality of the food.

Just a little effort in service would have earned this place 5 stars.
