Broken Keel

Every dish served was super fresh, tasted amazing, cooked to perfection, and arrived with very little wait.

The terrace was as a great area to dine, with the breeze from the river keeping everyone cool.

The service started well, but tapered off significantly and had to wait a really long time just to pay and leave.
The food however is worth any wait that you may have.

We were in town back in February and received top notch service and food from the chef Tonekia. She came out and spoke with us about our special dietary needs and prepared amazing dishes for us. We loved it so much that we decided to come back from Michigan! We were extremely disappointed to find there was no chef this time. Why would you let someone with that much talent go??? Anyway, the food was ok, service was lacking and just not the overall same experience as last time. I guess the broken keel was a one hit wonder without chef Tonekia!!!! Sad to say we won’t be back. I wish I knew who the lucky restaurant was that landed that chef!!!!

Could the owner train their staff to tell customers what many menu items you are out of prior to ordering drinks? Is that too much to ask?

Very average. Wonderful servers, but the grouper sandwich was very plain.

Great food and great drinks. Service was excellent. Live music and the view was a plus.
