Not as good as expected. Some of the seafood dishes lacked flavor... And it's a sea food restaurant. The appetizers were good and flavor full. Portion sizes are reasonable. Location is great!

The Food was Very good l, service was good also, I will definitely recommend and go back to the restaurant. It is a little pricey, but a nice place to go for That Special Occasion. ????

Service was top notch. Our group had the coconut shrimp, calamari, and fried green tomatoes to start off with. I had the Crab bisque and Peach bourbon shrimp and scallops.

The appetizers were good, if you're there and from Georgia, probably skip on the Fried Green Tomatoes. There are places that do them right and places that do them like they think a Southerner would, Chart House falls into the latter. They aren't bad, but they aren't quite right.

I couldn't finish the bowl of Crab Bisque, which was good but not exceptional. And the main dish was WAY too sweet. Just my opinion but leaving a bit more of the bacon taste might have helped taper that off a bit. Portions were reasonable if not a little above that.

My advice would be to stick to the fish dishes and appetizers. I tried the swordfish and it was perfectly cooked. If I go back I'm definitely going for that.

Great experience. Chopped spinach salad is one of my favorites. Prime rib was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Homemade key lime pie was a great way to finish. My only regret is I ate too much.
Server (wish I had her name) was wonderful, always available without seeming to hover....exactly what we needed. Restaurant was full; people at next table complained loudly that they didn't like their table. Manager calmly handled their problem, juggled reservations in order to move them. They still complained, but I was impressed with the manager's patience and tact. Wish I had been able to tell him thanks for making us a perfect evening but didn't see him after the issue with our disgruntled neighbors.

Our waitress Bethany was such a lovely young lady. Wonderful service. The shrimp cocktail, stuffed flounder and steamed asparagus was delicious. The desert of apple and cherry crisp.. Perfect. This has been my fourth experience to dine in downtown Savannah and I loved it. Thank you to Bethany and the crew of Chart house. Job well done. ????????????
