Ma Hanna's Chicken & Waffles

I'm sorry I don't have a picture to share because I sat in my car and ate EVERY last bite! I had the shrimp and fries and I don't know what they season their shrimp with but BABYYYYYYYYY let me tell y'all something, I have NEVER tasted shrimp so good! I just moved to Savannah from Miami and I been dying to find some good southern cooking and my gawd I FOUND IT!!!!!! I will DEFINITELY be a regular.

Small mom’s kitchen and the food was amazing!! Did NOT disappoint- it was everything I was looking for for lunch. The homemade chicken tenders were fantastic- southern cooking is right here at Ma Hanna’s!! When I return to Savannah I’ll be making a stop here again ????

We were looking for good local eats on our Southern road trip and seriously hankering for chicken and waffles. Ma Hannah's Chicken and waffles is a tiny place in a strip with a tiny sign that the locals loiter around. It's caddy corner from the Thunderbird Inn which we were staying at. Ma Hannah's may not have waffles anymore, but damn they got some good fried chicken. It was so hot, so crispy, so juicy, and so flavorful! Oh Em Gee. So much. chicken. juice. Do yourself a favor and go get yourself some. So good. Oh god I'm drooling as I write this.
