Moon River Brewing Company

Two years ago we stopped for a drink out in the garden. This time around we tried the food, it did not disappoint. Nachos and Chicken sandwich with Swiss were amazing. Had the Yoga Pants beer, it was good as well.

Nice little location with plenty of outdoor garden seating. Although the sun was noon high the tented mesh above came in super handy. Stopped in for a late lunch and everything was good besides the waiter forgetting to put in my burger order. Seemed like a honest mistake. He apologized and took off the 2 drinks we had. Definitely will check out again and hopefully taste some food lol. They also cater to dogs with water bowls available and water.

We had Mr. Bill as our server and we had such a great time. He is a remarkable server! This was our first stop in Savannah and I’m so glad we came! The beer was great also.

Probably the regular best meal we had the entire trip. Service was excellent even though they were busy for happy hour. I had the flight because I couldn’t decide what beer I wanted and got to sample everything! Awesome. I really enjoyed the cask (special Wednesday offering) and the porter.

I went to Moon River Bar with my wife on our honeymoon in Savannah. We went here for dinner one night. The atmosphere seemed typical for the type of restaurant - you could see the brewery from the tables, the decor, etc.. We ate here after dark, so we also got to see a ghost tour go through the restaurant.

The waitress and service was good. It was the right mix of checking in on us, but also not being over attentive. The food and beer were also good. My wife ordered the dish called "Kristine's Favorite" and I ordered the Smoked Pork shoulder (both were sandwiches with fries on the side). We both liked our choices. We recommend the sweet potato fries.

This is a good stop if you're looking for this type of fare and atmosphere.
