Surcheros Fresh Mex

My fiancé and I love Surcheros, we go probably once a week. It is no doubt the best Tex-Mex counter service restaurant out there. However, this location has been disappointing us lately. My fiancé always orders a burrito and for the third time today, he was given the wrong order. Their system to organize the burritos on the grill is chaotic and doesn’t work. It is also frustrating that their online orders are priority and it leaves wait times at the counter much longer than they should be. If the food didn’t make up for the service, we would probably stop coming altogether, but we love the fresh ingredients and extras that they offer so we will continue to go and hope for the best. I just hope they improve their systems and service soon.

Surcheros is always a pleasurable experience for me. The chicken is seasoned well, the tomatillo sauce is always amazing. The burritos are very filling and made to your liking. I almost always order online so I can just walk up to the counter. Curbside is great too, I just like to get my own tomatillo sauce! The 1 time my order wasn't correct, I spoke with a staff who was friendly, who apologized for the inconvenience and I was credited another order on the house. I have recommended and will continue to recommend and frequent Surcheros!

I was super impressed with the cleanliness, the amount of fresh toppings, and the kindness of the employees. I have a dairy allergy and they bent over to serve me and sure I was safe. The salsa bar was awesome and the tomatilla salsa yummy

Ordered curbside.... nowhere on my order confirmation did it say call when I arrived. I was told by another customer that had waited 10 minutes longer than her expected time for "curbside" that it was waiting inside for her. Food wasn't even warm anymore.... on top of that no Pico on my nachos and no jalapeños. I also asked for sour cream on the side as me and my wife were sharing and she doesn't like sour cream, yet it was slapped right in the center of the Nachos. First time here and likely the last. First impressions are important. The food would be good if it were done right with better attention to detail overall. Really disappointed in the service we received. 3 stars only because I got cheese dip I wasn't expecting and it's really good. I wanted to give about 2.5 stars overall if I could

Always good. Ingredients are always fresh and they don't charge extra for guac like other chains. They have a weekly special that basically includes the drink and chips into the price of the base item. This location gives military discounts for active duty, has seating inside and outside. Inside includes booths and high tops.
