The Snug Irish Pub

Danny and his TEAM absolutely nailed it with this concept! I’ve already been twice in one week! Finally some GREAT “bar pie” on the island! 5 stars all the way!!!!

All I can say is , that my wife and I stopped in for dinner hearing that this place was top notch. We sat at the bar, we where sad to hear that draft beer was out and some of the food items as well. We understood that being a new place. But will say this though. The bartender Eric was the highlight of our weekend. We have never been to a place where someone made us feel more at home and peace. We truly had a great night because this man. We will be back on Friday and every Friday to see this man. Way to go Eric! Thank you.

Flew in from California and heard about the new Pub that just opened up. I was craving a good pizza and beer this place hit the spot! Atmosphere was amazing, pizza was incredible, selection of drinks were on point! Can’t wait to come back to my new spot!

Honest review.

Walk-in. Take a seat. Someone will notice you eventually.

Irish. In name and some beverages. Not necessarily the food. Lots of mixed feelings about the name and food combo.

Menu. Pizza. Salads. Wings. Three appetizers. Booze. German style flights. Again mixed emotions about the menu.

Food. Probably should have ordered a pizza based on what was ordered at table. Wings are okay. Good flavor not saucy. Not jumbo as the menu stated. The size of wings compared to other wing places. Salads on the smaller side for meal. Expect packaged dressing.

Price. Actually not overly priced. Very unusual for a restaurant today!

Atmosphere. It was super loud in the non-bar room. I could barely hear the waitress; she even acknowledged it was loud in not so many words.

Service. They were extremely busy. That is a good thing. But attentiveness was not stellar. It was probably due to the fact the waitress had our table and only our table in that room. Okay, unfavorable for her.

Overall, this is new restaurant in WI with growing pains. Nothing new to the island. Just a new spot to grab a drink and the same food already available on the island from a different kitchen.

First time at the snug tonight. The atmosphere is awesome, everybody is SO nice. Pat, Danny and Jessica were fantastic. They all made an effort to talk to us and make us feel welcome. Wings were crispy and delicious, pizza was BOMB. One of my favorite parts was right when we sat down we looked at the drink menu and they had a Ukrainian mule 😂🇺🇦👏🏼 My husband’s family is Ukrainian so this was great, also it was delicious. We’re also a military family, so the memorial wall is something we appreciate. We seriously can’t wait to come back. Gonna be regulars for sure!
