Even after explaining this to a manager i was still never able to get it straight. Mostly good experiences here but they should do better training for their employees. We don't even go here anymore because now they want $17 for a carryout large cheese pizza. Ha!”

“This was by far the best part of my vacation. We chartered a boat to take us to an island to dig for megalodon teeth. On the way we saw some dolphins and the boat captain was pleased to let us stop and watch. We were able to bring an ice cooler and digging supplies that the captain helped to unload once we arrived at the island. He was very informative in telling us about the area. The only problem I had was trying to reserve a spot via phone which took about 4 trys before I actually got it done. Kept getting "let me check the tides/with boat captains and I'll call you back" only to never receive a return call. But once it finally got reserved their were no more problems.”

“Love the service. My grits bowl was awesome almost bought another but would have been to full then. The employees are great and kept me laughing and enjoying my service there. “I recently moved to Savannah , and I’ve lived in NY for 8 years. I tried this place out as it claims to be Jersey Style, and I haven’t found that in this area yet. The toppings were really good, however the crust was just not good at all. Thin, Flavorless, kind of chewy, and overall just not what I’d expect from a place claiming to be NJ style. That being said, the size of the pizza was good, not overpriced. But I won’t be returning ONLY because the crust was unbearable for me. If crust isn’t a factor for you, I think you’d really enjoy this restaurant.”

“Leopold's Ice Cream is located in Savannah, GA. It's a staple of the city and could be considered a national landmark in its own right. It's been almost for about a century now. The interior has a very classic look. Now you may not be able to see the interior right away as there tends to be a long line out the door especially if it's a hot sunny day during the summer. The menu has a lot of different and interesting flavors. You have your classics of course like a banana split or a root beer float. They offer you a cup or a cone. You can also get toppings as well to add to the flavor. The ice cream is sweet and savory. There are so many flavors to choose from. I wish I could have tried them all. I ended up getting the Honey Almond and Cream which was inspired by SCAD. Anyways, this is an ice cream parlor, so I'm keeping it short and sweet. If you're in Savannah visiting and just passing through, you definitely need to check out Leopold's Ice Cream.”

“We love this restaurant! It's super casual Greek street food with fast service and great prices. Their sister restaurant next door is a fancier, full service sit down with a more formal menu. We prefer the Express for souvlaki, gyros and fries. They also have a good assortment of alcoholic treats if that's your thing. We come here at least once every few weeks. Its our go to for greek.”

“Took us a little while to find while walking along the canal, google maps pinned location wasn't exactly right. It's not canal facing, you have to walk up some stairs and go over a walkway. Do what we did and find a local to ask, it's worth it! Great place to eat and feel the energy of Savannah! We had pretty long to wait, not surprising considering it was Saturday late morning. They don't have a large place or many seats but what they lacked in size they made up for in personality and flavor! Biscuits are HUGE and classic southern. We all enjoyed our food immensely, coffee was delicious, next time I'd love to have the giant Mason jar of iced coffee I saw at the next table. Our waitress was very attentive and quick bringing whatever we needed despite having a maze to get through (again, small space) and several tables. We will be back next time we come to Savannah!”

Of course our server hardly said a word and got the whole order wrong but we were able to get him to fix a couple of the mistakes and we improvised on the rest, sharing from plate to plate to complete our own dishes to how we ordered them. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves so it was nice and quiet with no odd background noise save for the tunes we played. The cook was super friendly and took a moment to chat with us when we were finished eating as well. Will definitely visit again! Loved it!”
