When I arrived and presented my reserved ticket I was told that they didn’t have any more ham. The young ladies bagging the turkeys were very nice and accommodating. That one at the register need to be in the back glazing ham. She was not nice.”

“I came in today and i walked out very happy. I was told by my wife, that one of the workers (savanna) makes amazing smoothies. Not to long ago my wife came to this smoothie king to get a greek yogurt strawberry blueberry and she was very happy that it tasted so good; that i had to come see for myself. Luckily she was working with another young lady, I ordered a gladiator strawberry and banana smoothie and it was amazing. she was nice and i wasnt in there no longer then 4 minutes.”

“Domino's asst manager Brandi might be the most professional person I have ever met, and let me explain why: I knew the risk of ordering any delivery within 30 min of closing time, and if you've ever worked in the service industry, you know this cardinal rule as it is a sign of respect to the workers who close up shop. I place my order online, and moments later the nicest voice informs me that their delivery person is out, and asked if I would be willing to pick it up, and they'd even throw in a soda. Needing the break from my computer screen, a ride in my convertible in the 72° night air with my pit bully (and his buddy Thom Yorkey) was the least I could do for this delicious pasta I intended to devour. When I arrive, Brandi is the only one there and she is surprisingly calm after the events that took place a mere 15 minutes prior to my arrival. When a young lady who was OVER 9 months pregnant received the very same phone call that I had, asking if I would be willing to pick up my order, this mother to be lost it. She went on to screaming that her credit card would be charged and the urgency of correcting this financial error was expected that night. When Brandi finally hung up with this woman, she was quickly approached at the store entrance. There was no doubt the aggressive body language momma bear was throwing out, but Brandi kept her cool. Even when this costumer AND her man continue to ring the (obnoxiously) loud buzzer at the front door for 15 straight minutes. Brandi continued with the MANY jobs she was taking on (due to lack of staff) without wavering, showing fear, or acknowledging this woman's perhaps justified but potentially violent behavior. So, I hope Brandi gets the recognition she deserves for being an ideal Domino's representative... Nice work girl!”

“I used to eat Godfather's Pizza in Macon when I was a kid... Back then there were a lot of pizza parlors (as they were called) including Shakey's which was really good. They tossed the crust right there where you could see them. But Godfathers.... Oh Godfathers... They were always the best!! The crust was so thick and the toppings were so chunky and the cheese was so abundant and melty... With the perfect tomato sauce... Savannah is the closest Godfathers to my home now, and a 3 hour drive for pizza is hard to justify... But this pizza is worth the drive now and then. Unfortunately, I arrived in town Monday to find they wouldn't re open until Wednesday at 11am. I was beyond disappointed. Not fair, Godfathers. Almost knocked off a star for that. I'll be back.”

“I recently moved to Savannah , and I’ve lived in NY for 8 years. I tried this place out as it claims to be Jersey Style, and I haven’t found that in this area yet. The toppings were really good, however the crust was just not good at all. Thin, Flavorless, kind of chewy, and overall just not what I’d expect from a place claiming to be NJ style. That being said, the size of the pizza was good, not overpriced. But I won’t be returning ONLY because the crust was unbearable for me. If crust isn’t a factor for you, I think you’d really enjoy this restaurant.”
