Horrible experience at this place!!! bartender / server tried to scam and when we caught her she tried to turn the table around on customer. Manager not much better! Food is average to low at best and prices are overpriced. I was spending a average of 140.00 for two people the few times i went and then BAD SERVICE . Dont waste your time or money here!!!!
this is a quaint seafood place at the marina. We used GPS to find it and because it was high tide, actually drove through some water before reaching it. They had a dart board on one side which cought my attention but there was clearly a league playing so we kept our focus on the food. The tables were all covered in newspapers to collect the random shells from crab and shrimp. I was sort of glad that they had them on the table because my hubby and I busied ourselves with a crossword while waiting for our food to arrive. The food was a bit pricey and lacked the seasonings that I am used to seeing on a low country boil. Still, the shrimp and crab were cooked properly and I am glad to have visited this place at least for the rich culture it contains within its walls.
Great food in a very casual atmosphere. No frills but plenty of charm.
Had an amazing time here. Food is beyond spectacular. David makes the simple boiled seafood into something divine.
I really enjoyed this spot. Food was great, seasoned to perfection! No fried food on the menu but didn’t even miss it. Nice, friendly staff and very clean!!! Definitely recommend it!
Definitely a dive-y bar type vibe, but for what it is my husband and I really enjoyed it. Super simple menu, shrimp, crab legs, a low country boil platter with potstoes, sausage and corn, and a few sides to choose from. For people not looking for seafood they also had chili, grilled cheese, and hot dogs.
The seafood was really good, and really tasted fresh, we shared the low country platter and a full order of crab legs. I was also a fan of the macaroni salad.
The server was nice enough to bring us crackers for our toddler, which helped because it was all cooked to order and took a minute for the food to arrive. But I thought it worth the wait!
We had a nice view of the river as well while we dined.
It wasn't fancy, but it was perfect for a casual dinner of decent seafood.
