Finches Sandwiches & Sundries

Address: 2600 Mechanics Ave, Thunderbolt, GA 31404, USA

Restaurant

“We stumbled across this delightful establishment because the restaurants on Tybee Island were a crowded mess. I had the millennial toast and it was one of the most delicious things I ate on our recent trip to Savannah. You can tell that thought, creativity and love are put into the food at Finches. Everything was so fresh at high quality. Thanks for a memorable meal!”

Chiriya’s Thai Cuisine

Address: 3017 E Victory Dr, Thunderbolt, GA 31404, USA

Restaurant

“Fantastic Thai food and delicious ginger & pineapple drinks. Haven't ever ordered something that I didn't enjoy. Also very accommodating of special requests such as those for vegan customers. Lovely, mildly classy atmosphere in seating. A great choice for meeting a friend or colleague for lunch/dinner.”

Tubby's Tank House

Address: 2909 River Dr, Thunderbolt, GA 31404, USA

Restaurant

“I had a great experience. I had not been in a long time. My friend wanted seafood and I suggested Tubby's. He loved it!!. He said he would be going back. He raved on the Grouper, vegetables , black beans and calamari. Our waitress was the Best. She was very attentive.”

Tortuga's Island Grille

Address: 2815 River Dr, Thunderbolt, GA 31404, USA

Restaurant

“Excellent food, great service, homey little place in quaint Thunderbolt. Pretty pricey, and many market based items, so if you're on a budget, be careful about that. Their breakfast is a can't-miss treat, though. In terms of fresh ingredients and preparation, you can't go wrong.”

Desposito's Seafood Restaurant

Address: 3501 Macceo Dr, Thunderbolt, GA 31410, USA

Restaurant

“this is a quaint seafood place at the marina. We used GPS to find it and because it was high tide, actually drove through some water before reaching it. They had a dart board on one side which cought my attention but there was clearly a league playing so we kept our focus on the food. The tables were all covered in newspapers to collect the random shells from crab and shrimp. I was sort of glad that they had them on the table because my hubby and I busied ourselves with a crossword while waiting for our food to arrive. The food was a bit pricey and lacked the seasonings that I am used to seeing on a low country boil. Still, the shrimp and crab were cooked properly and I am glad to have visited this place at least for the rich culture it contains within its walls.”
