Huc-A-Poos Bites and Booze

Would have given this place 5 stars but getting seated was problematic. Very busy, seat yourself. Food and drinks were fantastic. John our bartender was awesome. We will go back next time we come to Tybee.

This bar was walking distance from the condo I stayed at during my last visit to Tybee and I couldn't have been happier! The atmosphere was great. It felt local not like a tourist trap. Everyone was friendly and happy. The people that worked there were a hoot. Needless to say, I spent several evenings here eating and drinking. I can't get over how good the food was and how affordable! The pizza and salads were huge and delicious. Everyone with me enjoyed their food. The drinks are also on point! I also should mentioned I heard some really good live music while there. I will be back.

On our recent trip to Tybee, we stayed on the north side which was really close to this restaurant. We thought we would try it out and we were extremely pleased. We were seated immediately and the food was great. The kids each ordered a slice of pizza. The slices are very large. My wife and I shared the nachos which were absolutely amazing. To make it even better, the food is extremely affordable which is not very common in beach towns. If ever back in Tybee we will certainly come back!

Great food (with unique and interesting options and large portions), fair pricing, delightful atmosphere and kind people. Went on a Friday night, people were getting up and dancing to the live performance. The servers were wonderful and attentive, and one of them even gave our four-year-old a free popsicle.

Let me reiterate: large portions. A plate of nachos can be picked at by 4 or 5 people. A slice of pizza ($4) is 1/4 of a pie ($15). Your pizza toppings don't change the price, either! Go wild if you want. They even literally have an option that says "Tell us whatever you want and we'll bring you whatever we want."

I'd love to come back the next time we visit Tybee. As a person with anxiety, I really felt like I could loosen up here.
